Our Approach
At FLS, we focus on your success, plain and simple. Your ability to function when
you leave here is going to be directly related to how much nuts and bolts, get the
job done, keep em running and happy, skills that we can deliver while you're here.
We work hard to keep the emphasis on current, real world problems, and the tests.
We know that you have a lot of choices for your training dollars so we work hard
to give you solid results for the money and time you invest. We are not interested
in getting you through the certification process without the practical skills to
go along with it. Managers and employers demand it, and so do we.
Custom Study Materials
Our students receive custom created study materials that are not available anywhere
else. Our custom materials are designed to reinforce key concepts and exam objectives,
not teach you to memorize questions. Combined with our knowledge delivery methods,
we strive to make you confident enough with the concepts that it won't matter how
a particular question may be presented on an exam.
Luxury Hotel
We have a brand new, luxury, StayBridge extended stay hotel directly outside our
front door. Not only will students be staying in a top shelf, premium hotel facility
with all the extras, including a personal computer in their hotel room, but they
can access our classrooms any time they want.
Small Class Sizes
We focus on quality, not quantity. FLS is a small company. We do not process students
in one door and out the other. We maintain a class limit of 12 in all of our classes
so that we never lose touch with the individual needs of our students. Accelerated
training is tough, don't let anyone tell you they have some "magic knowledge transfer
formula" that makes it all easy. That means that students more than ever need individual
attention from their instructor. We keep our class size small so that we never short
change anyone by not answering a question or concern. That one unanswered question
can lead to a series of miss-understandings later in the course.
Experienced, Quality Instructors
Our instructors are also veterans of the real world. At FLS our instructors are
carefully chosen. High quality instructors are not the result of simply gaining
an MCT credential from Microsoft. They must have a combination of long experience
both in the classroom and in the field. They must be able to break down complex
technical subjects into digestible and clearly understandable terms and they must
always be able to pick up on the nonverbal queues that students can exhibit when
they don't understand something. Our instructors have these skills.
Large and Open Facilities
Our facilities are large, open and designed to give our students everything they
need without any distractions. Each student has their own computer with plenty of
desk space around it. The unique center monitors at each desk make it easy to see
what the instructor is demonstrating without any dimmed lights or fuzzy projection
systems. Each classroom has its own temperature controls and most have windows so
you never feel closed in. One of our primary principles at FLS is to always give
our students an environment in which they can succeed.
Leading Equipment
We have leading machines in every classroom so that students always have plenty
of equipment to work with. In addition to having their own computer, there are always
extras that can be used for special labs and scenarios. Students also have full
time high-speed Internet access in all classrooms so they can easily stay in touch
with e-mail and world events.

For almost ten years, FLS students have continually achieved one of the highest
pass rates anywhere. This is the result of the combined effort of the students themselves,
and, the dedication of the instructors and staff involved.
